If you believe you have found a comparable product at a lower price at another site simply call our knowledgeable sales team at 1-888-280-1265 and share the information with us. We will beat any competitor's price by giving you 50% of the price difference for a product that has the same style, features and functions.

For example, if a you find a comparable product that we sell for $100 for $90 on another site, we will sell it to you for $85.

• The item must be similar (as confirmed by our sales team).
• The competitor has to be an authorized online retailer by the manufacturer. We do not currently price match showrooms, big box stores (like Home Depot/Lowes), retailers outside of the US or unauthorized retailers.
• The request has to be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
• We need to see proof of the lower price (you can send us a screenshot or a link to view it).
• We match the total delivered price (this includes any applicable shipping charges, taxes, customs fees, discounts, etc.).
• Competitor coupons cannot be combined with our standard low price guarantee. The standard low price guarantee is offered on competitors published pricing only.
• Clearance and closeout items are excluded from this guarantee.

What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?

Our warranty applies against all defects in workmanship, assembly and materials used in the products. We'll repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that fails to operate due to a defect. We'll cover shipping both ways to get the repair or replacement taken care of for you. We do not cover any service, installation, or other third party fees associated with the defect.

What is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

• Glass which has become damaged due to mishandling, improper installation or use, or resulting from extreme acts of nature (or children).
• Product finish which has faded, rusted, or pitted due to environmental factors.*
• Light bulbs/lamps that have burned out (unless otherwise stated on the product page for LED fixtures).
• Chairs, couches, or benches that experience sag due to normal use/wear and tear
• Service, installation, or other third party fees incurred due to the defect.
• Products purchased on closeout are not eligible for the lifetime warranty. These products are known discontinued items and are no longer being made and therefore cannot be replaced after 30 days of receipt.
